Organizational Structure
Life Hope is advised by a Board of Directors, which jointly reviews all grant applications and makes decisions regarding the awarding of grants. Grants are awarded to local individuals or organizations which demonstrate the greatest need. The Board also makes decisions regarding the awarding of grants to other non-profit organizations aligned with the mission of the Life Hope Foundation.
The Chairman of the Board has primary responsibility for fundraising and is the chief executive to whom all other Directors report.
Administrative responsibilities for operations are handled by the Executive Director. The Director of Public Relations and Marketing is responsible for raising awareness for the efforts of the Foundation.
